The Samet Team is working on finishing touches on the Fire Station and things are so close to being finished! The Fire Department has continued to move in furniture and its been exciting to see some of the spaces come to life. All final paint is complete inside the building, flooring is in place, and everything is cleaned.

We are finally seeing grass beginning to grow around the site and the landscaping is complete but for a couple plants that are on hold until other items wrap up. The aluminum fence was installed and we expect to have the electric gate operating any day now! Work also started on the monument sign this week with the concrete footing being poured. Masonry work on this sign will begin early next week. The sand filter pond conversion was completed this week as well!

And last but not least, we got the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy on the metal storage building on the rear of the property! Just a few more loose ends to tie up over the next few weeks!
